These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FANVERSE.ONE (the "Service"), a K-pop fan engagement platform operated by TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (the "Company", "we", "us"). The Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and you (the "Member") in connection with your use of the Service.
In these Terms, the following capitalized words have the meanings set out below: · "Member" means any individual who has agreed to these Terms and uses the Service. · "Account" means the email-and-password credentials that a Member creates to access the Service. · "Points" (P) means a virtual reward balance issued by the Company for in-Service activities such as missions, ad views, and referral clicks. Points are not legal tender or cash equivalents. · "Entry Ticket" means a virtual right used to enter a Campaign draw. Entry Tickets have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. · "Campaign" means an event operated by the Company in collaboration with artists, agencies, or sponsors, including music-chart engagement, fan-meeting draws, and creative challenges. · "FanM" means a set of daily or weekly music-streaming, music-purchase, and social-media verification missions. · "Sound Pick" means video or audio challenge submissions with rewards. · "LinkPick" means the referral feature in which a Member picks a track and shares their personal Smart Link with friends or social media; the Member earns Points when friends click the link and Entry Tickets when friends sign up. · "Smart Link" means a single URL (/s/SLUG) that routes to multiple music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Melon, Genie, FLO, Bugs, Vibe). · "Daily Pick" means a bundle of supplementary entertainment content including the Persona test ("find your bias"), Fortune, FCFS giveaways, Quiz, and Discover modules (formerly "BUS"). · "FANVERSE.PARTY" means a group participation feature in which several Members jointly complete a Campaign goal in exchange for bonus Entry Tickets. · "Artist Content" means group greeting messages, videos, and photos, as well as per-member greetings registered for each track.
These Terms become effective when posted on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. When amendments are made, the Company will post the effective date and reasons on the in-Service notice board at least seven (7) days before the effective date, or at least thirty (30) days in advance where the change is materially unfavorable to Members. If a Member continues to use the Service after the effective date without giving notice of refusal, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
To become a Member, you must complete the registration form (email, password, nickname, country, etc.) and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Company may refuse a registration or revoke a Member's status in the following cases: · The applicant has previously lost Member status under these Terms. · The applicant impersonates another person or submits another person's identity, email, or payment information. · False information is provided. · The applicant is under 14 (under Korean law) or under 13 (under U.S. COPPA) and registers without verifiable parental consent. · The applicant registers via bots, macros, multiple IPs, or other automated means. · The Company otherwise reasonably determines that registration is inappropriate.
The Company offers the following services. The specific rules of each service are governed by in-Service notices. · Music campaigns: issuance of Entry Tickets through streaming verification on Spotify, Melon, Genie, and YouTube, as well as purchase-receipt verification on iTunes, Amazon Music, 7digital, Qobuz, and similar stores. · FanM missions: daily and weekly music and social-media missions that grant Points. · Sound Pick / Challenges: video or audio challenge submissions with rewards. · LinkPick: referral system in which a Member picks tracks and shares personal Smart Links (/s/SLUG?ref=invite_code). Members earn Points (2P per click) when friends click the link and Entry Tickets when friends sign up. Per-track point budgets apply; signup tickets continue even after the budget is exhausted. · Smart Link: a single URL routing to up to 8 platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Melon, Genie, FLO, Bugs, Vibe) with country/platform/device click statistics. · Artist Content: group greeting messages, videos, and photos as well as per-member personal greetings (photo, message, video) for each track. · Daily Pick (formerly BUS): entertainment modules including Persona ("find your bias"), Fortune, FCFS giveaways, Quiz, and Discover. · FANVERSE.PARTY: group participation in Campaigns (typically in groups of 3, 6, or 9 Members) granting bonus Entry Tickets upon completion. · Rewarded advertising: Points earned by watching ads (music release auto-design + video/image formats supported). · Notifications: Web Push (VAPID) and in-app notifications. · Artist pages, notices, activity logs, referral invitations, and other ancillary features.
Members may earn Points by completing missions, watching rewarded ads, sharing referral links (LinkPick), inviting friends to sign up, or other in-Service activities. Points may only be used for purposes designated by the Company, such as purchasing Entry Tickets and using referral features. · Points and Entry Tickets are virtual rights issued by the Company and are not legal tender. · Entry Tickets cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or gifted to others. · Cash redemption or bank withdrawal of Points (e.g. fixed-unit bank transfers) is available only under separate policies operated by the Company at its discretion, subject to prior consent and identity verification. [LinkPick click reward policy] · When a friend clicks the Member's referral Smart Link, 2 Points per track are credited to the Member (referrer). · To prevent abuse, the following limits apply: - IP cooldown: same IP × same referral link rewards only once per 7 days - Self-click block: clicks from the referrer's own IP or logged-in account are not rewarded - Bot/crawler exclusion: search engines, link previews, and automation tools are auto-excluded - Daily cap: up to 50 reward-eligible clicks per Member per day (100 P) - Monthly cap: up to 10,000 reward-eligible clicks per Member per month (20,000 P) - Per-track budget: each track has its own click-reward budget. When the budget is exhausted, click rewards stop. However, signup Entry Tickets continue regardless of the budget. · When a friend signs up via a referral link, both the referrer and the new Member receive Entry Tickets only (no extra Points). [Common] · Points and Entry Tickets earned through fraudulent means (VPN, proxy, self-IP bypass, automation tools, multiple accounts, etc.) — and any rewards arising therefrom — may be revoked or invalidated by the Company without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in LinkPick suspension or account termination. · When a Member withdraws from the Service, any remaining Points and Entry Tickets are immediately forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred. · Points belonging to inactive Members may be forfeited after a period set by the Company (in principle, one year after the last activity). · This policy may be adjusted depending on Service operations and will be announced in advance.
The Company conducts draws among Members holding Entry Tickets in accordance with each Campaign's schedule and rules. · Winners are announced through in-Service notices or individual notifications. · If a winner fails to provide identity-verification information (contact details, ID, etc.) within the period specified by the Company or its partner, or if fraudulent activity is identified, the prize may be voided. · For offline fan-meeting Entry Tickets, the date, venue, and operation of the event may change due to circumstances of partners. In such cases, the Company will provide reasonable substitute compensation after prior notice where appropriate.
Members must not engage in any of the following conduct: · Using macros, bots, automated scripts, or other unauthorized means to complete missions or obtain Entry Tickets. · Creating multiple accounts as the same individual, or impersonating or misappropriating another person's account, identity, or payment information. · Forging or altering streaming/purchase verification materials (screenshots, receipts, etc.) or using another person's materials. · Circumventing the LinkPick click-reward policy (using VPN/proxy/Tor, clicking from a different device on your own IP, repeatedly clicking via automation tools, etc.). · Distributing referral links through inappropriate channels (spam, bot-traffic sites, abuse-oriented communities). · Unauthorized copying, downloading, or redistribution of Artist Content (group/member greetings, photos, videos). · Defaming the Company, artists, or other Members, or posting/transmitting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content. · Commercially exploiting, copying, or distributing the Service or its content without the Company's prior written consent. · Disrupting the normal operation of the Service or compromising its security (e.g. exploiting vulnerabilities, sending excessive automated requests). · Any other act that violates applicable law or these Terms.
If a Member violates these Terms or applicable law, the Company may take any of the following actions without prior notice: · Issue a warning. · Restrict access to part or all of the Service. · Revoke or invalidate Points or Entry Tickets. · Disqualify the Member from Campaign participation and void prizes. · Suspend or permanently terminate the Account. · Pursue civil or criminal remedies as permitted by law. The Company may automatically collect and analyze access IP addresses, device information, and activity patterns in order to detect fraudulent conduct. Such processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
All text, images, designs, logos, video, databases, and software available on the Service are owned by the Company or its rightful licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members retain ownership of content they upload to the Service (nicknames, profile photos, verification materials, challenge videos, etc.). By submitting such content, however, Members grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to host, store, modify, reproduce, publicly transmit, and create derivative works for purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. Members warrant that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights. The Member is solely responsible for any disputes arising from such content.
The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. The Company may also temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice in the event of system inspection, equipment failure, communications outage, or force majeure. For material changes (e.g. changes to pricing, Points, or Entry Ticket policies), the Company will give advance notice of the change and its effective date.
The Company is not liable for damages arising from: · Acts of God, war, government action, or other force majeure events. · Service interruptions caused by reasons attributable to the Member. · Failures of third-party services beyond the Company's control (streaming platforms, social networks, payment or CDN providers, etc.). · Disputes between Members, or between Members and third parties such as artists or partners. · The reliability or accuracy of information posted by Members on the Service. · Temporary interruption or error in free-of-charge services or features.
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute between the Company and a Member shall first be settled through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Singapore as the court of first instance. Mandatory provisions of the consumer-protection law of the Member's country of residence will continue to apply where they grant the Member a non-derogable right to bring proceedings in that country.
